Started getting into a bit of funk over the last day … I can feel it after having a great week last week, and a solid few days over the weekend. It is okay, as it is appropriate to let down days come – but I don’t want to swirl in it. AM – 6 miles, 44 minutes.
Mid day … I have not felt like this in a long time: I had to hold back. 7 miles. 51 minutes. Tomorrow, if I run the 1500, is gonna wreck me and make me look foolish though.
