After 342 Consecutive Weeks of Ignoring Islam's Degradation of Women, The Huffington Post Slams the Mistreatment of a Girl...by ISRAELIS

I actually did it this week - I registered at The Huffington Post because this article absolutely sent me into fire red rage as this rag of a media outlet decided it would run a full length article on the "horrible" abuse of a young girl in Israel by ultra-Orthodox Jews. The article states:

Naama Margolese is a ponytailed, bespectacled second-grader who is afraid of walking to her religious Jewish girls school for fear of ultra-Orthodox extremists who have spat on her and called her a whore for dressing "immodestly."

I literally sat with my jaw on the floor reading this - and so, I decided to register there and blast a few people in comments there that apparently are some sort of "moderator" from the HuffPo.

In a nutshell, this is what I told them:

" So let me get this straight, HuffPo. After 342 weeks of your media site being up and operational, after 342 weeks of you totally ignoring the rape, genital mutilation, stoning and hanging of women of Islam, after 342 weeks of you not mentioning the fact that a Saudi woman isn't allowed to drive a car or walk to the store unattended by a male relative, after 342 weeks of ignoring that the so-called prophet of Islam, Mohammed, gang banged a 9 year girl who he took as his wife at the age of 6 years old....after ALL of that time, you now break the silence, you break the ignorance and put up a report about the abuse of women by Jews in Israel? How can you look yourselves in the mirror? How can you even associate yourselves with women's and human rights? How can you even claim to be a journalistic entity?

Oh, that's right, I forgot. Your media rag is an outlet for anti-Semitism in America and that is what inspired you to publish this article. American women and girls are being slaughtered in honor killings by the madmen of Islam and you are outraged by a group of devout Jews half way across the world. Where was your article regarding the 3 month old baby girl from Israel whose 6 inch neck was sliced open by a 19 year old Palestinian terrorist? Where was your article about the Saudi woman who was flogged 90 times because she was raped? Where were your videos of the Egyptian women being kicked and beaten by Egyptian police and military? Where was your article regarding the Iranian girl protesting who was shot dead in cold blood by Iranian Basiji? Where was your article about the Egyptian cleric who said that removing a young girl's clitoris is commanded by Mohammed? Where was your article about Muslim women who are forced into burqas to cover their skin? Where was your article about the women and girls of Malmo, Sweden who cannot leave their homes at night for fear of rape by Muslim gangs?

Where is your reporting of the degradation, humiliation and slaughter of women by the Islamists of this world? Any American woman that continues to read your media site should be appalled by the cover up of what I have mentioned. And quite frankly, you should be ashamed for a journalistic pedigree that has appeased the torture of women in this world by the world's biggest cult of abusers. "

We all know that The Huffington Post is a dark den of progressives and now it can be revealed that they have no more regard for a woman's life than the Muslims who degrade that life each and every day.

Naama Margolese, Israeli Girl, Bullied By Jewish Ultra-Orthodox Extremists

BEIT SHEMESH, Israel — A shy 8-year-old schoolgirl has unwittingly found herself on the front line of Israel's latest religious war.

Naama Margolese is a ponytailed, bespectacled second-grader who is afraid of walking to her religious Jewish girls school for fear of ultra-Orthodox extremists who have spat on her and called her a whore for dressing "immodestly."

Her plight has drawn new attention to the simmering issue of religious coercion in Israel, and the increasing brazenness of extremists in the insular ultra-Orthodox Jewish community.

"When I walk to school in the morning I used to get a tummy ache because I was so scared ... that they were going to stand and start yelling and spitting," the pale, blue-eyed girl said softly in an interview with The Associated Press Monday. "They were scary. They don't want us to go to the school."

The girls school that Naama attends in the city of Beit Shemesh, to the west of Jerusalem, is on the border between an ultra-Orthodox neighborhood and a community of modern Orthodox Jewish residents, many of them American immigrants.

The ultra-Orthodox consider the school, which moved to its present site at the beginning of the school year, an encroachment on their territory. Dozens of black-hatted men jeer and physically accost the girls almost daily, claiming their very presence is a provocation.

Beit Shemesh has long experienced friction between the ultra-Orthodox, who make up about half the city's population, and other residents. And residents say the attacks at the girls' school, attended by about 400 students, have been going on for months. Last week, after a local TV channel reported about the school and interviewed Naama's family, a national uproar ensued.

The televised images of Naama sobbing as she walked to school shocked many Israelis, elicited statements of outrage from the country's leadership, sparked a Facebook page with nearly 10,000 followers dedicated to "protecting little Naama" and a demonstration was held Tuesday evening in her honor. As the case has attracted attention, extremists have heckled and thrown eggs and rocks at journalists descending on town.

"Who's afraid of an 8-year-old student?" said Sunday's main headline in the leading Yediot Ahronot daily.

Beit Shemesh's growing ultra-Orthodox population has erected street signs calling for the separation of sexes on the sidewalks, dispatched "modesty patrols" to enforce a chaste female appearance and hurled stones at offenders and outsiders. Walls of the neighborhood are plastered with signs exhorting women to dress modestly in closed-necked, long-sleeved blouses and long skirts.

Naama's case has been especially shocking because of her young age and because she attends a religious school and dresses with long sleeves and a skirt. Extremists, however, consider even that outfit, standard in mainstream Jewish religious schools, to be immodest.

"This is a phenomenon that contradicts Jewish tradition and the spirit of the Bible," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday evening, "with one of the most central and important among them being: Love your neighbor as yourself,"

Thousands of secular and religious Jews attended Tuesday evening's demonstration.

Protesters held signs reading, "Free Israel from religious coercion," and "Stop Israel from becoming Iran."

The abuse and segregation of women in Israel in ultra-Orthodox areas is nothing new, and critics accuse the government of turning a blind eye.

The ultra-Orthodox are perennial king-makers in Israeli coalition politics – two such parties serve as key members of the ruling coalition. They receive generous government subsidies, and police have traditionally been reluctant to enter their communities.

The ultra-Orthodox Jews make up 10 percent of Israel's population. In the past, they have generally confined their strict lifestyle to their own neighborhoods. But they have become increasingly aggressive in trying to impose their ways on others, as their population has grown and spread to new areas.

"It is clear that Israeli society is faced with a challenge that I am not sure it can handle," said Menachem Friedman, a professor emeritus of Bar Ilan University and expert on the ultra-Orthodox, "a challenge that is no less and no more than an existential challenge."

Most of Israel's secular majority, in cities like Tel Aviv and Haifa, is not directly affected, but in a few places like Beit Shemesh – a city of 100,000 people that include ultra-Orthodox, modern Orthodox and secular Jews – tensions have erupted into the open.

At the protest, Israeli opposition leader Tzipi Livni said, "It's not just Beit Shemesh and not just gender segregation, it's all the extremist elements that are rearing their heads and are trying to impose their world view on us."

Last week, a young Israeli woman caused a nationwide uproar when she refused a religious man's order to move to the back of a bus.

In Beit Shemesh, parents in Naama's school take turns escorting their daughters into school property to protect them. The parents, too, have been cursed and spat upon.

Hadassa Margolese, Naama's 30-year-old Chicago-born mother, an Orthodox Jew who covers her hair and wears long sleeves and a long skirt, says, "It shouldn't matter what I look like. Someone should be allowed to walk around in sleeveless shirts and pants and not be harassed."

City spokesman Matityahu Rosenzweig condemned the violence but said it is the work of a small minority and has been taken out of proportion. "Every society has its fringes, and the police should take action on this," he said.

For Margolese, the recent clashes – and the price of exposing her young daughter – boil down to a fight over her very home.

"They want to push us out of Beit Shemesh. They want to take over the city," said Margolese.

"Many people have asked me if I intend to leave," Margolese said at the rally Tuesday evening, "and my answer is absolutely not,"

British Muslim Woman Raped In Dubai Is Charged With Having Illegal Sex

Leave it to the islamists....yeah, let's take a British muslim woman, a victim of rape, and then charge her with having illegal sex outside of her relationship with her fiancee'. And yet, we see hundreds of American women lining up today to convert to this "religion" .....yeah, this cult of death directed towards women. And they line up for it.

Here's some of the insane story from Times Online:

A British woman who alleged that she was raped in Dubai on New Year’s Eve has had her passport confiscated and may face a jail sentence after she was charged with having sex outside marriage with her fiancé.
The 23-year-old woman, a Muslim from London, of Pakistani origin, said that she was attacked by a man who is understood to be a worker in the hotel where she had been drinking with her fiancé to celebrate their engagement during a three-day holiday in Dubai.
When she reported to the police that she had been raped, she and her partner, 44, were themselves jailed for sex outside marriage, which is illegal under the emirate’s laws. Unmarried couples are not allowed to share hotel rooms or live together, although many establishments turn a blind eye. The couple were also charged with being drunk outside licensed premises.
I've said it a thousand times that islam is not a religion but a violent political ideology and in my view, one of the cornerstones to this ideology, this cult is the repression of women. When you repress women and hold them hostage via actions JUST like this, you ensure a constant stream baby factories and the ultimate important stream of future jihadis.

By the way, I've looked all over the net and I still don't see an outcry of rage against this situation by the National Organization of Women (NOW) or Code Pink - perhaps if she ends up pregnant from the rape and decides to have the baby then NOW will step foreward to call her an "infidel."

Woman raped in Dubai charged for having illegal sex

The alleged assault on the woman took place at the upmarket Address Hotel in the Dubai Marina district.

After drinking heavily to celebrate the marriage proposal that evening, the woman passed out in the toilets, where she says that she was followed by a member of staff and attacked. It is unclear if the alleged rape is being investigated by police. The woman’s alleged attacker has denied rape and has claimed that sex was consensual. He has also been charged with illegal sex outside marriage.
A spokesperson for the Address declined to comment yesterday. Dubai police also declined to comment.
The woman’s fiancé was unaware of the incident and took her home, but when she recalled the attack the next morning they went to the police.
It is reported that the police focused on the woman’s drinking and her sexual preferences. It is claimed that standard procedures in alleged rape cases were not followed, although legal sources in Dubai dispute this. A blood test proved that the woman had been drinking. The couple were arrested, charged and jailed overnight. They have been released on bail and their passports have been taken away.
The woman has been advised to drop the rape allegation, admit that she was drunk and marry her fiancé immediately if she wants to go home. She told The Sun: “I always dreamed of a big family wedding in Britain, but now I just want to get married so I can get out of here.”

Middle East News Round-Up

By Findalis of Monkey in the Middle

Things not allowed by Hamas in Gaza:

Men and women walking together, holding hands, riding in a car together, swimming together, eating together, shopping together, studying together, living together, sleeping together, and now it is forbidden for women to ride motorcycles.
The Hamas government has banned women from riding motorcycles in the Gaza Strip, saying the move was in keeping with "Arab traditions."

The decision to ban women from riding motorcycles was published by the Hamas-controlled Interior Ministry, which is in charge of the movement's security forces in the Gaza Strip.

The decision is seen in the context of Hamas's efforts to enforce strict Islamic teachings in the area.

Two months ago, a Hamas judge issued an order requiring all women who appear in court to wear the hijab.

Men and women who are seen together are regularly stopped by Hamas policemen or militiamen who question them about the nature of their relationship.

Forbidden under Hamas!

Explaining its latest decision, Hamas said it was made to "safeguard the safety of residents and to maintain the stability of traditions and customs in Palestinian society."

The Hamas statement said that men would not be allowed from now on to carry women behind them as they drive their motorcycles.
I wonder if they were afraid that some of the dissident happy slaves of Gaza were planning to form a branch of the Hell's Angels?

If you ever have wondered what the region would e like if the energies directed at hating Israel would be better spent in worthwile pursuits, here is an example:
Nobel Prize winner 'happy, shocked'

Prof. Ada Yonath of the Weizmann Institute of Science - whose highly abstruse field and targets were regarded with skepticism by colleagues and who was treated like "the village fool" for years - has been awarded the 2009 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for her four decades of research on protein "factories" in cells.

Her dedicated work has led to the current struggle against antibiotic-resistant bacteria and many other applications. Yonath is the world's first woman to become a chemistry laureate since 1964, and only the fourth in history. Her prize will be Israel's ninth Nobel and its second in chemistry, and the Rehovot institute's first. The ceremony will be held in Stockholm on December 10.

Continuing a message expressed numerous times by Prof. Aaron Ciechanover after he won the 2004 Nobel in Chemistry with his mentor, Prof. Avram Hershko, Yonath warned on Wednesday that inadequate government funding available for aspiring Israeli scientists would make it far more difficult for younger researchers to earn Nobel Prizes in the future. "Those who win the prize now do so because of what has happened before, not because of what is happening now," she said.

However, she added that the world would soon be hearing about a promising new generation of Israeli scientists.

In further news 75 Arabs have been arrested for rioting over their false claim to the Temple Mount. Construction has begun on new housing units in East Jerusalem, in open defiance of Barack Hussein Obama. Thousands of Christains marched in along side with Jews in the annual Sukkot March. I do believe this year's theme song was: "Praise The Lord, And Pass the Israeli Flag.". That ditty just might go high on the charts.

And according to ABC News, the US is preparing to attack Iran. If there was anyone else in the White House other than Barack Hussein Obama, I just might believe this report. But with the Great Appeaser, the reincarnation of Neville Chamberlain sitting in the Oval Office, I will just laugh. The man doesn't have the balls to do it.

Thus ends today's news.

Have a good one!
