Six Threes Ice Cream 六个三冰淇淋

I am feel refreshing today as haze has almost gone, and I can see sky (still not that blue) and sun, so this is a good day to share with you this refreshing and full of vitamins ice cream that I made during the hazy day. It was gone too fast ,less than 2 days we finished 1.5lite of this ice-cream.
Why this ice-cream called Six Threes Ice Cream?

Matcha (Green tea) ice cream 抹茶雪糕

I have never thought of getting an ice cream maker until i saw many bloggers sharing their lovely ice cream recipes. Also I feel this is the right timing to own one, since my kids are still young, and they love ice cream very much (when kids have grown up, no demand then how to make right?). After I failed to get a lovely pink ice cream maker (Cxxxx brand) , I have no choice just bought an ordinary Kxxx brand ice cream maker..The first recipe i tried out was this Matcha ice cream which is my family's favourite ice cream.

Avocado ice-cream with Rhubarb compote

Rhubarb is new to me, i first saw in Quay Po's blog, when Quay Lo (her husband) guest post and introduced Rhubarb..Quay Po (Veron) was so kind gave me some Rhubarb to try (Thank you so much to Veron!!), she got this via a special order to a nearby supermarket because it is quite hard to find here..After kept in the fridge for few months (sorry Veron, because i was try to figure out what to make ^^), finally i decided to use Rhubarb make into desserts..
