HeinOnline: New Help and Support Page

From my favorite spot near the Reference Desk, I've noticed that the librarians field lots of questions about finding materials in the different collections, or "libraries," within HeinOnline. Yesterday, HeinOnline announced the launch of its new "Help and Support Page."  Redesigned to be more user friendly, it also integrates the HeinOnline blog so that recent posts related to specific "help" topics on features and libraries are immediately obvious.  When you need to find documents in a less familiar library, such as U.S. Federal Legislative History, Code of Federal Regulations, or Session Laws, the "Library Specific Support" section can walk you through search examples as well as answering FAQs and linking to training guides and videos.  When you're in HeinOnline, just click the "help" link for these features, phone support, and more.
