I am using this fun image called Bunny Christmas.. I decided not to make it a Christmas card but a fun winter sweater wearing card. I colored with Copics. I use My favorite things stitch die. I added so some scraps that I created a background with. I used the MFT sentiment and a Tech. Tues. die. I added the little epoxy heart.

It's time for a new challenge over at

Our theme this challenge is

AUTUMN / FALL LEAVES

For my card I chose Stampin up products.. mostly theirs. I used the paper, inks, leaf stamps. The sentiment is from Tech. Tuesday and I added some twine and an epoxy heart.  This is a great stamp set from SU. I've use it quite a few times over the years.

Hello.. 

YUP.. I joined another design team.. 

I joined Happy Little Stampers Watercolor challenge.

If you've been following me or see me on facebook.. I love to watercolor and do the Let's make art watercolor subscription box.. When ever I can watercolor a card (stamped images) I will most likely do it.  So this was perfect I can use my own images and watercolor.. woohoo. yeah me.. 

Since they are based in Australia and the time difference to the West Coast USA.. My post goes live a day before.. But Australian time it's 1st of the month  and runs for the full month and it's Anything goes.. so you have plenty of time to put some watercolors to your card and enter.. 

 Happy Little Stampers Watercolor challenge

This is a cute little image from CC Designs.. I stamped her on watercolor paper and then using my Mission Gold Watercolors I painted her, created the tree, sky and ground. I used a sponge to create the greenery on the tree. I stamped the My Favorite Things sentiment and heat embossed. I used Tech. Tues. banner die and added an epoxy heart.

I am using the image called Love to bake. I colored her with copics. I used Quick Quote chalk in to distress the edges. I stamped the Paper Pretties happy birthday and the Taylored Expressions sentiment with QQ ink and clear embossed. I used Stampin up tag die. I finished with a epoxy heart.

When times are tough - Alphabet Challenge "U"

Hello.

We have a new challenge over at

  Alphabet Challenge

This letter for the next two weeks is U - for UMBRELLA

I dug through my scraps and found the navy blue card stock and cut it out three times and layered. I then cut the polka dot designer scrap and added them to the navy. I used a scrap for the handle. The dies and sentiments are from My Favorite Things.  I die cut the circle using and heat embossed the rain drops which is with a glittery white. I added this to the card front. Added the umbrella. then I heat embossed the sentiment on some Stampin Up vellum and ran through my zyron. Added this to the image. I finished with an epoxy heart.

I am using the image Cocoa Mug.. but of course it's COFFEE.. my beverage of choice..

Hello.. Yup this is another team I have joined. I am on 4 new ones.. I am so excited.  I love that I can use my own sadly ignored stamps.. They are going to get a good work out with 4 new teams to create for.

There is a new challenge over at Alphabet Challenge  

This challenge is the letter "M"

For the "M" I chose Monkey.. who doesn't love monkeys.. I used My favorite things monkey, bananas and sentiment. I colored with copics. I used the dies and then dug through my scraps and created the background. I used Stampin up punches for the sentiment. I finished with some epoxy dots.

I am using the image called Santa with list . I colored the image with copics. I used My favorite things stitch die. I added to a piece of red card stock then on this pretty designer paper. I heat embossed the sentiment, snowflakes and strip. I added some twine and epoxy heart on the knot. The sentiment which works perfect with the theme is from Simon Says

Catch the bug Day 4 of our Christmas in July

Todays theme is  Bingo.. 

I am using the image called Christmas Rocking Horse and I used the bottom row.. Pattern paper, twine, die cut.  I used a My favorite things edge die and some awesome gingham designer paper. The twine is my usual natural twine. I tied a bow and added the epoxy dot over the knot. The image is colored with copics. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment.

This image is called Moonflower.. I colored the image with copics.  I then trimmed the piece down. I took some card stock and Paper trey background die and cut it. The pieces stayed in the cut and thought why not just leave it as it is and adhere the whole piece down so added adhesive all over the back and added to the card base. I do like the interest it gives leaving the cut pieces in it.  I took a copic and went around the edge of the image instead of using black card stock. I stamped the Hero arts sentiment on a piece of scrap. I added some Martha stewart leaves and Stampin up leave and flower also out of scraps. I used an epoxy dot for the center of the flower.

This little image is called Panda with balloon. I thought perfect. I just colored in the nose and balloon on this image. that was pretty simple. I stamped the Simon Says sentiment with Stampin up ink. I added the Jellibean twine and added an epoxy heart. I went over the balloon with Spectrum noir sparkle brush..  pretty simple card to make.

I'm nuts about my dad - Bugaboo Stamps New Release

Hello.. I have a card to share using a new image that is in the Bugaboo Store.

Called Nuts about my dad - boy

There is a girl and boy image. I chose to use the boy image.. It comes with the sentiment and I thought it would make a great father's day card so Stamped and heat embossed the Simon Says sentiment and used Tech. Tues. banner die. I colored the image with copics. I used Spellbinder rectangle die to cut out. This wood designer paper looked like a good choice for the background and helped with the manly part of the card. I finished with an epoxy heart.

I am using the image called Mother and baby bear 1.. So cute. I colored the image with copics. I used my cloud template and Ranger ink. I added this to a pink card stock that I ran through the large dot embossing folder. I stamped the My favorite things sentiment and cut it in half. I added the top sentiment with some twine tied around the end. I added the sentiments with some foam dots and finished with some Epoxy hearts and Spectrum Noir sparkle brush on the flowers.
