I don't have many images with food so used this Bugaboo image MLSMBanana.. I colored the image with copics. I used a My favorite things circle die. I added to a piece of DCWV dp. The sentiment die and heat embossed are from Simon Says.

Hello.. Bugaboo stamps New Release time.. See the fun cards that the design team created over at Catch the bug.

This is the fun image called Block sentiment Hope.. I colored the few images with Copics. I cut around the border and added to a scrap of brown and dug out this scrap of Basic Gray designer paper. I added some twine and a wood dot.

It's day 7 of the Coffee Lovers Spring / Summer blog hop

 

I have a card to share that I am entering in the hop

 

 

 

I again dug through my scraps and found this sea paper scraps from Quick Quote. I used the Stamp simply cup die and went around the edges with Ranger ink. I also went around the star fish paper and sentiment with Ranger ink. I stamped the Sugar Pea Design sentiment and the beach please is from Simon Says. I added the Stampin up heart and star. The wood boat I colored with copic and went over it with Nuvo glitter pen. The sand dollar is a button. I love the beach and lucky enough to live about an hour away..

I am back with another fun challenge at Pause Dream Enjoy #8 ..

 the Orange team has a COLOR CHALLENGE for you..

 

 

COLOR /THEME

 

This is my card. I added the red cardstock to the background and the dark chocolate over that.. love dark chocolate.. and card stock. I stamped the Simon Says flowers and used Mission paints. I then embossed the sentiment from Simon Says.. I used My Favorite Things leaf die and scraps. Once everything was done I then added the flowers/leaves to the card. I added the Stampin Up wood heart which I colored with brown copic and went over it with Spectrum Noir sparkle pen.. I love the pinks against the dark chocolate. Perfect for that special someone you love letting them know how much they mean to you. If my dad was still with us.. this would be for him. He taught me so much. I miss him every day.

I decided to use the free Friday image from January..

This is Birthday bird 1

I wanted to print this out on kraft and color. I used colored pencils. I like the look on kraft. I used a My Favorite Things stitch die and added a Tech. Tues. sentiment and a wooden heart. Cant have too many birthday cards.. good way to start the year.

And I agree these images are KINDA CUTE.. this is Duck with presents   I colored the image with copics and used a Taylored Expressions postage die. I used an embossing folder for the background and then added some paper ribbon then added the image. I had a scrap of water color paper left on my desk so heat embossed the sentiment and I had a wooden heart so I went over it with Spectrum Noir glitter pen and then added glossy accents.  This image is so cute and thank you Patricia for letting us use your images.

So hope everyone is having a nice summer time.  We have had a very wet June in the PNW.. but it gives me time to play in my craft room since it's too cold and wet to go outside.. LOL

This is my card using the image Just Me... I like her little patch work outfit. She obviously dressed herself.. Funny. I remember my children dressing themselves and thinking they look awesome.. 
I thought this card would be great for a grandma or aunt.. someone special to give to a little girl. I know I love my grandkids/great grandkids hugs.. They are my favorite.

I used My Favorite Thing's stitched oval die and sentiment. I colored her with copics and then used some twine and wooden hearts which were colored with copics and then topped with glossy accents. I added some white dots to her outfit with gel pen. 

I hope you find time to play along and create a card for a child plus sentiment.

With Father's day fast approaching I once again made another Father's day card. I have been busy the past few months making cards.  This was an idea again from Pinterest.. I made it my own..  I stamped the mustache from Simon Says stamp set and fussy cut it out. The sentiments are also from Simon Says. I used Kraft paper and cut out a circle with My Favorite Things circle dies, then used a piece of Kraft and embossed the diamond design making sure to leave room for the sentiment.. I used My Minds eye plaid paper and a strip of red card stock. The wooden heart is colored with copics and I wrapped twine around the card and adhered the heart to the knot. I added the mustache using foam dots behind to give depth.

May is here and Spring is too. I welcome it with open arms.

 

We have another challenge at Catch the bug.. First Saturday is always ANYTHING GOES

 

 

So have you ever had one of those days that you wished you were a bird so you could fly over an poop on their heads??? I have.. People walking down the center of the parking lot isle so you cant drive through OR those people who pull out in front of you and drive slow when there is no one behind you.. they could of waited or if they want to pull out at least get up to speed..  You get the idea..

I am using the image Stella bird from Bugaboo

This would be a good time to be a bird.  I love Stella and her quirky sayings. I had fun making this card. I added some My Favorite Things bird houses and birds, a Stampin Up swirl die, a wood bird.  I colored the image with copics and added a little Quick Quote teal around the Kraft to distress it and I added a little drop of Nuvo to the twine..

oops.. I posted this card a week early.. it's for April 11th.. 

 

It's Tuesday and we have an older image but it's apart of the new release .. Jodie is moving things over to the new store. This is Dino Birthday.. Cute image. I printed him out on Kraft paper and colored with Prisma colored pencils.  I love pencil on Kraft.. I have been inspired after following 30 days of coloring at The Daily Marker.. Kathy Racoosin

  She is such an inspiration and she uses colored pencils a lot and she does the copics and pencils together.. With this card I just did the pencils for the image.  (I am still learning) and then did a copic around the border of the card. It was just to plain. Now looking at it I think I should of added some Nuvo Drops.. but I didn't.. I kind a also like the CAS look.

I added Simon Says happy birthday. Added twine and a woodin heart colored with copics. (reminds me of the Elvis song woodin heart - sure there was more to the title than that but it was / is a great song.. but anything by Elvis was / is awesome).. I used a white gel pen for high lights.. It was a fast card to make..

Welcome to another challenge at Inspiration Destination #122

It's always ANYTHING GOES.. and remember we go for two weeks now.. I'm still getting use to it.

 

Well looking through my 6x6 papers I found this awesome paper.. I guess I should of looked a few weeks ago as Valentines day was yesterday.. But hubby got this card so it's not for waste.. This DP ?? was already what you see filled with love words.. I just layered it on a red piece of card stock and stamped and used Zigg marker to colored the Crazy bird and using a My Favorite Things die I cut the heart out. I added Spectrum Noir glitter brush to the heart and his eyes.. Simple easy breezy card to make. Love it.
