Welcome to my blog. Today I have a card to show you that uses the Free Friday Image from Bugaboo..

This image is Big book girl.. I found some cool background papers so cut a strip of script paper and added down the side.. I colored the image with Copics and used Lil inker stitch die to cut her out. I used the free sentiment and Stampin up stitch oval I added the sentiment on some foam dots..

I am using the image called Fancy Dress.. I colored her with copics. I used Lil Inker stitch die. The papers are from My minds eye. I added some Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to her bows, bracelet and yellow ruffles. The sentiment is from My favorite things. I added some Doodlebug hearts.

 This is the image called Pattie's pumpkin patch.. Isn't she cute?  I colored her with copics and used my cloud template. I used Lil inker stitch die. I added this to a piece of scrap paper and added some twine. I stamped the Tech. Tues. sentiments. I added a little Spectrum Noir sparkle pen to the flower.

 Always Fun Challenges #75

Our challenge this week is to CREATE A SCENE

 

 

So I am back with a fun get well card.. I thought I would make a fun scene that would make someone laugh and feel better, after all laughter is the best medicine. I used water color paper and stamped the dog and sentiment from Art Impressions and the "get well soon" is from Lawn Fawn.. I then broke out my Mission water color paints and painted the dog.. I then created the outdoor scene.  I  painted the dog house / yard and fence. oh and the sky.. I really like how it came out.. I think the dog is in the wrong placement but I didn't know at the time when I stamped him what I planned to do. But considering it's the first I think it came out good. I used a real small brush to make the wood planks on the dog house and the roof and to make the fence.  I just dabbed some greens to make the bushed and thicker greenery. Cant wait to see the scene you create. Will it be with dies, with paints/markers.. or something else?

Welcome to another fun challenge at Catch the bug

The theme is MAKE US SMILE

 

I am using the image called Ice cream dog

 

 

This is my card.. (this is also another piece of paper from the one sheet wonder 12x12 I mentioned last week)  I used My favorite things stitch die and cut the image and background piece out. I colored the image with copics. I used Simon Says smile die found the perfect scraps of card stock in pink and layered it three times. I used Simon says sentiment. I think this card will make you smile..

Welcome to Craftaholics R Us

Well we are now a monthly challenge starting on the 8th of each month. We are also a TAG challenge.. Not a tag on a card.

Theme is ANYTHING GOES / TAG

 

 

I decided my card should use this fun set of stamps.. I used my cloud template and ground template to create the background. I then stamped the cute Gerda Steiner images and colored with my Mission paints. I added them to my tag and used a My Favorite Things speech bubble and added the sentiment from Gerda Steiner. I added some twine.  I hope I encourage or inspired you to create.

Were back with news and a new challenge at Pause Dream Enjoy

 

We are now a monthly challenge blog. A new challenge the 8th of each month.. 

The theme is anything goes / cards 

(until further notice for 2019 as were not sure yet the themes if any, could still be ATG)

 

Well the kids are heading back to school and summer is coming to a close and most are back from vacations.. I know Labor Day weekend is a big weekend for us in the USA and it's kinda the end to summer fun.

 

 

So for my card I kinda kept it very simple. I used a Dylusions number and alphabet stamp and stamped the background. I then took texture paste and stencils and added this to different areas. I then stamped a Hero Arts apple and using my Mission paints painted it in and fussy cut it out. I stamped the Tech. Tuesday sentiment and added this to my card front. I think it speaks back to school..
