- goodreads - *reading progress* February 12, 2019 – Finished Reading February 11, 2019 –   72.0%  "Back to one of my fave worlds" February 11, 2019 – Started Reading January 15, 2019 – Shelved as:  to-read January 14, 2019 – Shelved Great in between to go through while waiting for The Savior.  As always I'm left wanting more from characters I didn't even know I wanted to know more of XD Sweet, bloody and healing. This is story is, in my personal opinion, for everyone who is a fan of the Black Dagger Brotherhood world. And don't get me started on the teaser for the next one! It was just the icing on this absolutely yummy cake. Loved Theo and Ahmare I wish and hope to see more of them in the upcoming books. 5/5

- Goodreads - Why Why does it feel like the latest books that JRWard has published haven't been long enough? I want more... I NEED more. More of the brothers of the bastards. Of everything and everyone involved in this world! I love how a lot is happening, a lot is going on throughout this book and my heart was almost always beating miles and miles an hour but I wouldn't have it any other way. The way Xcor spoke up and up and up. The way he loved. The way he fought. The way he touched. The way he cooked. The way he hugged. The way he kissed. I loved everything. And Layla. Sweet not-so-lost-anymore Layla. I'm so happy she gets her story. I enjoyed her voice and her passion. That strength that I always knew she had but she saw come out of nowhere? BEST PART EVER! ~...Fighting is easy. It's WHY we fight that matters...~ PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME THAT THE STORY ISN'T OVER! I soooooooo thank my god in heaven that I read the series when all the books were out AND when there's a spinoff coming out just around the corner... I can't even begin to tell you what a great series this is...and even though I don't like how some endings were a bit loose...now I won't complain because of Bloodlines and the next books to come... Rose Hathaway has earned my complete respect for her, her personality, choices, craziness, and her utter ability to put those she loves the most first and before her. I won't give you the complete detail list of all the amazing characters that Richelle introduced us to, and made us fall in love with...there are WAAAY TOO MANY though I still have my favorites...say, like, Mason, Abe, Christian, Jill, Sydney, a certain Romanian family...and soooo much more... the characters that took my breath away weren...
