Ladies Still Waiting!

My "waiting ladies" are doing a triple play today!  Lisa's Bloggers Challenge is all about "Friendship" and I believe these ladies certainly have friendship in common as well as waiting for that most perfect man!   Try It On Tuesday is all about "Time Flies" and these ladies are letting time fly by in wait!  Simion Says Stamp and Show wants us to "Use That Stamp," you love and don't use or a new one or one long neglected!
My new and neglected background stamp from Impression Obsession finally got inked!  WooHoo!!  I did ink up the vanilla card stock with Tattered Rose and Antique Linen before stamping the image with Archival Coffee.  The Ladies from Lost Coast Designs were stamped and flesh areas colored with Tattered Rose and the floor and sides were shaded.  The crackle on the clock is also a LCD stamp, which was inked and clear embossed.  Pretty much that was it and I will add this card to my collection of easy to mail cards!

Hope you are having an inky week and thank you for visiting today!

Double Duty Tag

I decided to enter this tag for two challenges! For the first challenge at Studio L3, the lovely Linda has taken us to page 43 of the "Compendium of Curiosities," week five!! Louise at Tag Tuesday has us with the theme of "Hearts," Challenge #59. This is my first time working with Distress EP and although I like that there is no shine, I am not sure that I would use it again for sentiments. I wanted kind of a rainbow effect, so used five different colors of EP and do like how that came out. Just wish the lettering would have held onto more crystals! This was quite enjoyable to work with a new product and come up with a combined design for two challenges! Fun, Fun, Fun!

The background music stamp is from Impression Obsession. I die cut and embossed the heart and wings using Tim's new Sizzix line and added pearls. Thanks for popping by and commenting, which I always do appreciate. Have a fantastic weekend!
