KIX HD’S R U Tough Enough Crowns Benny Yeoh as Malaysia’s Toughest

R U Tough Enough brand ambassadors Linora Low and Keith Foo

Last Saturday, the Malaysia's Toughest to win RM30,000, has come to an end. KIX HD (Astro Ch. 729), the ultimate destination for action entertainment, finally crowned the victor of R U Tough Enough? Man Versus Woman Edition, the nationwide search for Malaysia’s Toughest. Ten contestants had to go through a series of physically demanding and emotionally enduring challenges, to determine who is the tougher gender. Benny Yeoh from #TeamKeith successfully defeated nine other contestants in the toughest gender battle of 2016, and walked away with the coveted title of “Malaysia’s Toughest” and a grand prize of RM30,000.

The response to R U Tough Enough? Man Versus Woman Edition this year has been overwhelming. It is exciting, I saw many people surrounded the orange concourse, Sunway Pyramid to see the actions.
Coupled with two brand new ambassadors, fitness enthusiast, Linora Low, and movie star, Keith Foo, R U Tough Enough? 2016 has doubled the applications from last year. Only five female contestants representing #TeamLinora and five male contestants representing #TeamKeith equipped with the physical, mental and emotional strength were selected to take on the final showdown.
At the final showdown on Saturday #TeamLinora and #TeamKeith had to compete among themselves in a 6-stage obstacle course at the Orange Concourse in Sunway Pyramid. The Toughest Woman from #TeamLinora and the Toughest Man from #TeamKeith then went head-to-head in the final round of challenges to determine who will be Malaysia’s Toughest.

The crowd cheered wildly as Benny Yeoh from #TeamKeith was declared “Malaysia’s Toughest”. Speaking after the final showdown, Benny said, “I believe that toughness isn’t defined by gender or physical strength, but it is about how strong you can hold on and persevere till you get to the finish line. Trust me, it was not easy, especially with such powerful and strong contenders from #TeamLinora present on today
to provide the challenge of a lifetime.”
.
Some excitement on the day that we can hear the crowd cheering, kids please don't try this at home.

I hope to see more women toughen up and take charge in creating a difference in their lives.”

“R U Tough Enough? this year is more than just proving which gender is tougher. In fact I am honoured to stand alongside the competing contestants today who showed me the meaning of toughness by displaying a fantastic combined feat of physical strength, mental endurance and emotional resilience,” said Keith Foo, R U Tough Enough? ambassador.
“KIX HD provides non-stop action entertainment to our viewers every day but today, we see these stories and characters come to life at the R U Tough Enough? final showdown. Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogmen

School holiday started, so Monday was mom and son day's out together. I bring son for premiere movie of Ah Boys to Men 3:Frogmen. If you have seen Ah Boys to Men 1 and 2, you'll know some of the characters in the movie.

The movie showcases the original casts such as Wang Wei Liang, Tosh Zhang, Joshua Tan, Bunz, Jaspers, Maxi Lim and Charlie.

We enjoy this movie as it is an action comedy about a group of young recruits training in Singapore Navy. The story follows the new recruits experience and growth while they trained at the Naval Diving Unit (NDU) especially during the toughest "Hellweek", NDU has another meaning of Night Unit Delivery too, well let's not spoil your mood in watching this awesome film.

Ah Boys to Men 3:Frogmen brings Singapore's favourite recruits back to the days before enlistment in ABTM. Instead of Pulau Tekong, the Ah Boys are posted to Naval Diving Unit (NDU). Returning to active duty are familiar charaters - Ken Chow (Joshua Tan), the spoilt rich kid. Aloysius Jin AKA Wayang King (Maxi Lim), whose over enthusiasm creates more problems for cabin mates. Lobang (Wang Weiliang), the street-smart wheeler dealer, he knows how to make quick bucks off his cabin mates. Who is the new face? He is Hei Long AKA The Black Dragon (Wesley Wong), an aggressive gangster leader.

Ah Boys to Men 3:Frogmen will be screening in Malaysia on this 19 March.
The movie is about 2 hour 30 minutes, I suggest you go restroom before enter the cinema hall. You do not want to miss out watching anything of the movie. :D

Movie review: Elysium 2013

This movie is about year 2154 where they have two classes of people, the wealthy people live on space called Elysium. They have machine where they can cure people from sickness. Earth is where the poor are living in unhealthy environment.

Max (Matt Damon) is exposed to high dose of radiation, he has only five days to live. He is not ready to die and so he wants to go Elysium to get cure with the machine. But he doesn't has the money to go Elysium, to go there he will need to kidnap a citizen of Elysium.

It is interesting to see how dead people can get back a live with the Elysium machine. No kidding the bad guy named Kruger with his face blown off by grenade, he gets back his face using the machine.

This movie you get to see how he's drilled up to be robot human. It is not advisable for children to see so rating would 18 and above.

How Max helped the earth people to be citizen of Elysium? He's hero in the movie!

Thanks to Nuffnang for this opportunity to watch premier screening of Elysium.

Review; The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones

I am happy to have won double pass to watch The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. I bring dear to watch this movie and we are excited from start to end of movie.

This movie is based of the 2007 first book "The Mortal Instruments" series by Cassandra Clare. Clary Fray (Lily Collins) is not an ordinary teenagers, she can see demons and angels. She didn't until she notice her friend couldn't see what she see. She witnesses a murder in a club, the club has a symbol at their signboard and she's the can see it.

She falls in love with Jace one of the Shadowhunters, she wants to find her missing mom. There are werewolves and vampires in this movie. There is no zombie as it does not exist for them!

Clary mind is blocked by a powerful witch, to prevent her from remembering the past. What is it? The bad guys are after the cup!

Nobody knows where's the cup, until Clary remember of her skill! Woot, want to know more? Better head to cinema for it.

It is a movie marathon week for me, I won to watch premiere screening of Elysium and KL Zombi. How about you?

Movie review: RED 2 *18 above

I know they many fans of Bruce Willis, yeah can't get enough of his movies. We watched the Red 2 at Paradigm Mall. The time and date which suitable for dear and me. It is night movie 8.40pm, can't believe but the hall is almost full. We are seating roll G which is second roll to the BIG screen.

Bruce Willis as Frank Moses, the beginning of movie so funny, you got to watch it. How Frank trying to check on his best friend whose dead. Frank poke him with the needle in the coffin! Yeah no response from Marvin (John Malkovich).

Frank has a girlfriend named Sarah (Mary-Louise Parker), who he loves very much. Mavin bring along to rescue Frank. Few parts in the movie are kissing of Frank with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Sarah with the Frog and a soldier.

There's a cute Korean in the movie, he's Lee Byung-hun as Han Jo-Bae, yeah why I say he's cute plus he's sexy because you can see his back nude. No kidding, perhaps this is one of the reasons this movie rated 18.

The Hangover Part 3

It is comedy movie for 18 years old and above. Yes no kidding it is not for children below it. This comedy movie with action thriller about the wolf pack of four men in trouble as one of them is being kidnapped because Marshall wanted his golden bars back. Ken Jeong as Chow in the movie, he's on the run, he escaped from Thailand's jail.

Do you want to know why Alan bought a giraffe, yeah the giraffe created a bad accident on the road. Sad the see the giraffe died, the head flew and got stuck in windscreen of a car. Alan is 42 years old but still act like a small kid, he thinks money can solved every problem. Find out in the movie how he met Cassie.

If you like Melissa Mccarthy, she acted in Identity Thief. If you like Identity Thief check out this movie too because it is hilarious to watch Cassie, her even though it is not long period of time.

I like the part where Dr. Stuart want to vomit because of Chow and Alan!

I enjoy watching this movie from the start to the end, I thought Batman dies in the end but hey hero never dies right?

There is no Joker in this movie but there is a Bane the a new terrorist leader. He has a mask too but the mask is not covering his eyes but his mouth. Bane is strong he is good in fighting with Batman.
