Painted Wall Headboard and Molding

Pin ItCan't afford molding or a headboard?  No problem.  Get a can of paint and go for it like Interiors by Kenz.   She painted a headboard and faux molding on the wall.  I love this!

Take a Look At These Highlights!

Once again, there are too many great ways to spend time creating! It is so hard to choose creations to feature each week. Here are a few!

Make an easy and inexpensive headboard with the help of A Step In The Journey. This would look so cute in a beachy type bedroom (or really any type of bedroom.)

It is hard to find short sleeve, light weight cardigans for warm/hot weather. However, with this idea from Life Is Just A Bowl Of Cherries, a summer cardigan is totally doable. She made a cardigan from a t-shirt! Sweet! (It would look great even on someone who is NOT pregnant!)

I love all things bandana so these bandana shorts/pants tutorial stood out to me. I think the paisley bandanas would make adorable short/pants. See the tutorial at Ginger Snap Crafts.

This is one awesome bedroom for a little boy! I love ALL the details of the rooms! Check out everything about it at Life As We Know It.

Nap Time Crafters created this darling summer romper using a fitted bed sheet. No elastics. No casing! Save LOTS of time. Check out this tip because I think it is pure genius.

This pillow is rufflicious! Wouldn't that look great on a couch, bed or chair? See this ruffle pillow at Ameroonie Designs.

Wall Painted Headboards

Are you wanting a specific headboard, but either can't find it or can't afford it? Not a problem. Just paint it on the wall. It's an inexpensive solution that can be changed with a coat of paint when you want something else. This beautiful painted on headboard is from The 2 Seasons.

Pallet Headboard

Bold I've seen quite a few unique things done with pallets and this headboard is no exception. I think it looks great!!! It's so out of the ordinary! The texture, the depth, the positive and negative space are definitely eye-catching. Too Much Time On My Hands created this for her son's room.

Link up Spotlights!

Oh, there are so many fantastic links from today's party. Here are a few I liked to get you started!
Fly Chicks drew this stunning headboard with chalk on a chalkboard wall. When she gets bored with this one, she can easily (and inexpensively) change it. Fun idea!

Holly Do beautified this dresser by painting a lovely turquoise and adding tree branches for the handles. How cool is that?

A Little of This, A Little of That made this darling apron from a hand towel (and a little bit of fabric). I want one.
See how to make this hand towel apron.

What Happens At Naptime shares this nifty little tip to keep you bra straps from showing when you were a tank top! Very nice idea!

Sweetness!

Here's a few sweet links from today's party!
Who would have ever thought of a lolliclock? Crafting Occurs, obviously!!! This is such a sweet idea for a kids room, a toy room, a clock wall collection or a candy store!

Learn how to turn a lollipop into a clock!

I have always been scared of white! White furniture, white pants, white bedding! But when I saw this room by Thrifty and Chic, I heard my heart saying "I want white. White is so stunning!" I may never go white, but there is no denying the beauty of this room and headboard.

I love this sweater redo and the gorgeous belt to go with it! So stylish and classy. My other favorite part, it was made by Easy Peasy Grandma!!! (Don't you love it when you can get fashion inspiration from a grandma. LOL! I wish my mom was crafty like this!)

I'm loving this idea for a headboard. A Mustard Seed Dream created a fancy headboard out of....vinyl! How cool is that? You must click on the above picture to see a larger version of the vinyl headboard!
