Another Valentine!

Good morning! Joy here with another Valentine Card - going to one of my grandkids.  The supplies for this card can be found at the Classy Cards 'n Such online store.

The sentiment and circle frame is from JustRite's Hugs & Kisses.  The sentiment was heat embossed with Sparkle 'n Sprinkle's Fine Gold Detail Embossing Powder.   The circle and last rectangle layer were cut out using Gold Mirricard.  The rectangle layer was dry embossed with Anna Griffin's Juliet Damask folder.  Last of all I popped up the circle sentiment using some Large Joy Foam Pads.

I have just a few more Valentine cards to make - I'll post them soon.  Thanks for looking at my card - have a Happy Stamping Day.

Wherever You Go

Diana here with a cute card I made combining dies, stamps, and buttons for this week's challenge at CCNS. I love making little scenes out of dies. Today I used Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics A, Impression Obsession Evergreen Trees, and PoppyStamps Scribble Clouds. I sponged Broken China for my skies and colored my little critters with Copics. I thought the buttons would make such cute balloons. After fussy cutting out the monkey and raccoon, I popped them up with small Joy! foam pads to add some extra dimensions.

There wasn't room on the front so I extended the scene to the inside of the card and found the perfect verse for it from ODBD Scripture Collection 3:

Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified, do not

be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you
    wherever you go.
    Joshua 1:9

Bright and Cheerful

Joy here with a project for the new Bright and Cheerful Challenge at Classy Cards 'n Such.  You can say that I got a little carried away with this.  I was having so much fun that I played into the early morning with this challenge.  I made a total of 12 envelopes and cards but will not bore you to tears by showing all of them.  Here are six:

These little envelopes are made with the Cottage Cutz  Lace Envelope Die.  I LOVE this die.  The papers are from Key to My HeartLady Rose,  and Story Teller by Kaisercraft,  Home Sweet Home, and Botanical Tea by Graphic 45 and Candy Cane Lane by Bo Bunny.  The really cute little cut-outs are all from the Die Cut Pages in the Kaisercraft papers and popped up with Joy Foam Pads.

Next to make were the cards to go inside each little envelope.

These sentiments are from Companion Words by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps and Spring Words by JustRite.

Now it's time to join all the others in this challenge called Bright and Cheerful. First go to the Classy Cards 'n Such blog, get some inspiration from the Design Team members and make your project making sure it is Bright and Cheerful - be sure to look at the details on the blog and then link your project.  You could be the winner of a nice prize.

Thanks for looking at my card and have a Happy Stamping Day!

My apologies to Joy as her project was to have been posted earlier this week as one of the examples for this week's challenge.   There is still time to join in as the deadline is not until midnight Central time on Saturday.

Thanks for stopping by!!!  Until next time...

Be Mine

Good afternoon! Joy here showing you another Valentine card I made with supplies from the Classy Cards 'n Such online store.

This one is for one of my grand daughters who loves butterflies.  The paper is from Key to My Heart by Kaisercraft.  The butterfly is from Majestic Monarchs Stamp Set by Sweet 'n Sassy.  It was fussy cut - very close to the edge.  Then a the matching butterfly die from Majestic Monarchs Die Set was cut from white card stock.  Then I traced around the outside of the die on some Heavy Weight Vellum and fussy cut it out.  The top butterfly was colored with Copics and then I layered the three butterflies using Small Joy Foam Pads.  The sentiment is from Hugs & Kisses by JustRite.

Thanks for looking at my card.  Have a Happy Stamping Day.

Best Friends

Best Friends bring out the best in you!  How true is that?  Mindy here to share a friendship card that is simple to do, with a few patterned papers, a couple of stamps, and a die cut or two.

I started with a card base and matched one patterned paper and two solids to it.  I then trimmed down a half inch at a time or more, to make my layers that the stamped image and die cut would be adhered to.  I stamped the flower cluster with banner from the Heartfelt Creation set Majestic Morning Accents Pre-Cut Set, and colored it with my markers.  I stamped a sentiment from the Floral Vintage Labels Two by JustRite Stamps on the banner then fussy cut out the image and mounted it to my card front with Joy! Foam Pads Small.  I also die cut a butterfly from my collection of dies, and shaded the wings to match one of my solid card stocks.

Have a wonderful week, and join us again for another beautiful classy card.
