A Birthday Mouse

This is one of Linda's latest creations!   Here's what she says about him...

 

This little mouse is the cutest little fellow.  The stamp is a Tina Wenke by Stampavie called appropriately "Mouse Carrying Cake", which I colored with my Prismacolor markers.  He was cut out with the Large Deckled Rectangles by Spellbinders and layered that on the large Lattice Rectangles die cut.

 

I added pearls from the Want2Scrap Eggplant Lattice Rectangles Nestabling and used foam dots to pop him up and add dimension to the front of the card.  The "Happy Birthday" is an outline sticker.  These stickers are really easy to use and I think really add alot to a card. It is layered on a Spellbinders Fancy Tag.

Italian Flourish Birthday

I finished this birthday card for a friend this morning.  I stamped the JustRite image on Champagne Reich Shine paper and cut the Italian Flourish (using the large Cuttlehug) from the same paper.   The other papers are from my stash.  The flowers are colored with Copics.  This was my first stickpin to make.  I don't know why I haven't made one before...so easy!

The Mini Exotic Butterfly's flight trail was made from a small piece of Finesse Swirls -White Pearls.  The bow is made from shimmery Sheer Asiana Light Pink ribbon.  The card is finished with Pink Pearls in opposite corners and a frame of silver lines.

Birthday wishes

Linda made this beautiful card for my mom's birthday!  Mom loves it and I hope you do too!!  

The base mat is Esse Smooth Pearlized White topped with a second mat of Stardream Chiara Coral.  Then she cut the French Pastry doily die as well as the center matted on the doily from the Dutch Scallop Square Frame from Esse Smooth Pearlized White and topped it with a Tea Rose.  While the Tea Rose set that Linda used is out of stock, we do have a set that will also match called Tea Rose Latte.  These flowers come accented with a smudge of glitter and shaved crystals.   Really pretty!!   And even better...all flowers are 15% off when you enter the promo code FLOWERS at check out!  Promo code expires 10/14/11. 

The Fanciful Flourish is cut from Wausau Index Green cardstock.  The Mini Exotic butterflies are from Stardream Chiara Coral and accented with Baby White Pearls.  The Finesse Swirls - White Pearls add an elegant touch, don't you think?   Finally, Linda used Fancy Tags to add her Happy Birthday wish from the Inspirational Birthday Rubz and accented with Baby White Pearls.

Christmas Village

Linda has been busy making Christmas cards!  If you are short on time (and who isn't these days??), these cards have a simple elegance but are fairly quick to make.   Give it a try!!

White Christmas



Linda used Esse Pearlized White for the card base.  She embossed the Christmas Tree on Esse Pearlized White and matted it with AC Specialty paper.  She decorated the tree with Red Rhinestones and embossed the star with gold embossing powder.   The Happy Holidays sentiment was inked with Versamark, embossed with gold embossing powder on red AC Specialty paper and cut out with Labels 10 mounted on gold Lacey Ovals.  Assorted gold lines outline stickers are at the base of the tree.  She used her Cuttlebug and 1/4" Scor-Tape.

Merry Christmas

With this card, Linda embossed the Christmas Tree directly on the card base and decorated it with Amber Rhinestones. Similar to the White Christmas card above, she has embossed the star with gold embossing powder and assorted gold lines outline stickers are at the base of the tree.  The Merry Christmas outline sticker is from her stash.  She used her Cuttlebug and 1/4" Scor-Tape.

Christmas Village

Linda started with background paper from Waiting for Santa by Webster's Pages.  She diecut the Elegant Evergreen Christmas tree and decorated it with Baby Red Rhinestones.  She mounted the tree with pop dots to add dimension.  She stamped Merry Christmas by Art Impressions with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on red cut with Fancy Tags Two.  She added snow on the rooftops using Frosted Lace Stickles by Ranger.  The red and green papers are from her stash.  She used her Cuttlebug and 1/4" Scor-Tape.

Black & White Elegance!!!

Hi everyone!

The holiday weekend has passed and most of us are probably back into the work week.   I know I am!

It's been a busy week...more ways than one!   Linda has been busy making beautiful cards and I have a couple to share, too.
