Liberation Day

 Today it is Liberation Day here, we celebrate the freedom we live in since the end of World War 2 in 1945. Helas the World hasn't changed so much as in many places  Wars can break out unexpectaly.....

At the liberation festival in Almere City to celebrate the end of the WW II in the Netherlands in 1945,  were all kind of events as these murals made by artists. Have no idea who this is, couldn't ask the artist who had gone for a moment. Could be a Dutch singer  "Father Abraham"?

To celebrate the liberation day we cycled to Almere City where some musical events took place.

It was wonderful sunny weather .

 Young people on the way to a popconcert of a hip-hop artist. Not something for me...
