Amendment I As written
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment I Obama’s version
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion except for Islam; free exercise thereof is limited to Islam. Freedom of speech will be proscribed unless it follows the tenets of Saul Alinsky’s teachings. The right of the people to peaceably assemble is revoked, America now being perfect; there is nothing to complain about. Petitioning the government for redress of grievances is limited to those who are a member of a government recognized minority or Liberal organization.
Amendment II As written
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment II Obama’s Version
A federal controlled civilian police force being necessary to the security of the elites, our betters and the activist community at large, the right of the people to bear arms will be revoked to provide for greater harmony in the perfect America I have given you.
Amendment III As written
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Amendment III Obama’s version
The national police force shall have access to and possession of any private home without the consent of the owner. Activists and community organizers shall have access to and possession of any home they deem to be theirs without title or cost.
Amendment IV As written
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment IV Obama’s version
The right of the people to secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures is hereby repealed. The exceptions to this are: Left wing organizations, La Raza, CAIR and other organizations deemed by the justice depart as no threat to the United States. Being a libertarian, Republican or worker in the private sector is all that is required for probable cause.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment V Obama’s version
Any person can be held to answer for capital, infamous or thought crimes based on the testimony of a single aggrieved person or organization. In time of war, all combat branches will extend to enemy combatants all constitutional rights and privileges. You can and will be charged for the same crime until the verdict as put forth by the aggrieved party is achieved. Due process is hereby restricted to the aggrieved and oppressed within the boundaries of the United States. Private property can be taken for any use as long as it promotes the equalization of society, assuages white guilt or redresses past injustices regardless of time elapsed.
Amendment VI As written
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Amendment VI Obama’s version
Only Minorities and enemy combatants will enjoy the right to a speedy and fair trial. Minorities and enemy combatants will be judged by a panel of peers drawn from their racial or religious groups. The exception to the above is those of the Christian faith. Crimes not covered by law shall be construed to mean all disparaging or hurtful remarks to a member or members of a liberal organization The nature and cause of the accusation will be suspended as just being aggrieved will be enough to prosecute. Witnesses and counsel will no longer be needed as the judges have impartiality in all matters legal and civil.
Amendment VII As written
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VII Obama’s version
Trial by jury for common law cases shall be suspended where the plaintiffs are known minorities or enemy combatants. In all other cases wherein the plaintiff is not a member of a minority or enemy combatant, the plaintiff shall be responsible for all court costs and fines thereof regardless of the verdict. In addition,reexamination of facts shall be deemed necessary if the verdict is not in line with public opinion.
Amendment VIII As written
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment VIII Obama’s version
Bail is suspended for minorities, Activist groups and Community Service organizations, but shall be unlimited for bankers, the rich and oppressors of minorities.
Amendment IX As written
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

A white woman could not be in the Miss Black American pageant, but any color can be in the Miss America pageant.
If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships ..... You know we'd be racists.
There are over 60 openly proclaimed Black Colleges in the US.
Yet if there were 'White colleges' That would be a racist college.
In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.
You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.
You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug-dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist.
I am proud... But you call me a racist.

Why Obama is mum about Harvard

On the surface, at least, Barack Obama's single most impressive
accomplishment has been his 1990 election to the presidency of the Harvard
Law Review.


This position also provided Obama his only real executive experience as he
supervised the law review's staff of 80 editors.


One has to wonder, then, why neither he nor wife Michelle emphasized this
singular honor during the up-by-the-bootstraps biographical sections of
their respective speeches in Denver.


In fact, neither of them so much as mentioned Obama's time at Harvard,
this despite his vulnerability on the executive experience charge.


Their silence likely derives from one verifiable fact: Obama's record at
Harvard was no more authentic than John Kerry's record in Vietnam.


Kerry was justifiably swift-boated because he fraudulently positioned
himself as a war hero. Obama seems to have learned from Kerry.


In the age of the Internet, the less said about a dubious credential the
better, and Obama's law presidency credential is dubious on any number of
levels.


For starters, Obama did not do nearly well enough at his previous stop,
Columbia University, to justify admission to Harvard Law.


According to the New York Sun, university spokesman Brian Connolly
confirmed that Obama graduated in 1983 with a major in political science
but without honors.


In the age of affirmative action and grade inflation, a minority in a
relatively easy major like political science had to under-perform
dramatically to avoid minimal honors. Obama apparently did just that.


The specifics we may never know. As the New York Times concedes, Obama
"declined repeated requests to talk about his New York years, release his
Columbia transcript or identify even a single fellow student, co-worker,
roommate or friend from those years."


Would that Bristol Palin could get off so easily!


There are any number of possible reasons for Obama's reticence about
Columbia: his grades, the courses he took, his writing samples and, of
course, his associations.


At that time, for instance, both Bill Ayers and Obama fell within the
orbit of left-wing Columbia superstar Edward Said. Just recently out of
hiding, Ayers was attending the Bank Street College of Education, which
adjoins the Columbia campus.


Five years after leaving Columbia, Obama decided on law school. His lack
of resources did not deter him from thinking big. Nor did his B-minus
effort at his Hawaii prep school or his equally indifferent grades at
Columbia.


As Obama relates in "Dreams From My Father," he limited his choices to
only three law schools – "Harvard, Yale, Stanford." (It must be nice to be
Obama.) He does not mention his connections.


Harvard Law School is notoriously difficult to get into. Annually, some
7,000 applications apply for some 500 seats. Applicant LSAT scores
generally chart in the 98 to 99 percentile range, and GPAs average between
3.80 and 3.95.


If Obama's LSAT scores merited admission, we would know about them. We
don't.. The Obama camp guards those scores, like his SAT scores, more
tightly that Iran does its nuclear secrets.


We know enough about Obama's Columbia grades to know how far they fall
below the Harvard norm, likely even below the affirmative action-adjusted
black norm at Harvard.


As far back as 1988, however, Obama had serious pull. He would need it. As
previously reported, Khalid al-Mansour, principle adviser to Saudi Prince
Al-Waleed bin Talal, lobbied friends like Manhattan Borough President
Percy Sutton to intervene at Harvard on Obama's behalf.


An orthodox Muslim, al-Mansour has not met the crackpot anti-Semitic
theory he could not embrace. As for bin Talal, in October 2001, New York
Mayor Rudy Giuliani sent his $10 million relief check back un-cashed after
the Saudi billionaire blamed 9/11 on America.

These are not connections that Obama would like to see broadcast, which
further explains his shyness about the Harvard experience.


There is more. Obama did not make the Harvard Law Review (HLR) the
old-fashioned way, the way HLR's first black editor, Charles Houston, did
70 years prior..


To Obama's good fortune, the HLR had replaced a meritocracy in which
editors were elected based on grades – the president being the student
with the highest academic rank – with one in which half the editors were
chosen through a writing competition.


This competition, the New York Times reported in 1990, was "meant to help
insure that minority students became editors of The Law Review."


It did just that. At the end of his first year, Obama was named, along
with 40 or so of his classmates, an editor of the HLR.


Unlike most editors, and likely all its presidents, Obama was not a
writer. During his tenure at Harvard, he wrote only one heavily edited,
unsigned note.


In this note for the third volume of the 1990 HLR, he argued against any
limits on abortion, citing the government's interest in "preventing
increasing numbers of children from being born in to lives of pain and
despair."


Obama's timing, however, was better than his writing. In the same spring
1990 term that he would stand for the presidency of the HLR, the Harvard
Law School found itself embroiled in an explosive racial brouhaha.


Black firebrand law professor Derrick Bell was demanding that the Harvard
Law School appoint a black woman to the law faculty.


This protest would culminate in vigils and protests by the racially
sensitive student body, in the course of which Obama would compare the
increasingly absurd Bell to Rosa Parks.


Feeling the pressure, HLR editors wanted to elect their first
African-American president. Obama had an advantage. Spared the legacy of
slavery and segregation, and having grown up in a white household, he
lacked the hard edge of many of his black colleagues.


"Obama cast himself as an eager listener," the New York Times reported,
"sometimes giving warring classmates the impression that he agreed with
all of them at once."


In February 1990, after an ideologically charged all-day affair, Obama's
fellow editors elected him president from among 19 candidates. As it
happened, Obama prevailed only after the HLR's small conservative faction
threw him its support.


Curiously, once elected, Obama contributed not one signed word to the HLR
or any other law journal. As Matthew Franck has pointed out in National
Review Online, "A search of the HeinOnline database of law journals turns
up exactly nothing credited to Obama in any law review anywhere at any
time."


One more thing: The 1990 Times article about Obama's election notes that
the president of the HLR usually goes on to serve as a clerk for a Supreme
Court justice.


Not the Mansourian Candidate. Here, oddly, his ambition deserted him. He
told the Times that he planned "to spend two or three years in private law
practice and then return to Chicago to re-enter community work, either in
politics or in local organizing."


In this unlikely surrender to Chicago politics, the realist sees
insecurity at best and, at worst, the quid for al-Mansour's quo.

SOMETHING WE ALL SHOULD READ AND THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT!!!!!!

So I stewed on posting this for a while. This was sent in by a fellow right-wing email victim, it is heavy on the racial slurs to make a point about white "inequality," a mainstay theme to the right-wing forward canon of "what's wrong with this world" emails. Which cuts to the purpose of this blog.
The goal of MRWD is to shine daylight on such forwards, allowing viewers a chance to examine the forwarded email community; promoting awareness and giving readers free expression to comment on the forwards, calling attention to the accuracy, motivation or other point worth mentioning to each forward entry. MRWD is not, by any means, promoting the sentiments expressed in these forwards, but aims to allow readers (many of whom are fellow victims of right-wing forwards) to connect and lambaste the unchecked right-wing forwards in the spirit of open expression in the name of our hard fought freedom of critical speech.

We all have our disagreements with President Bush. Immigration, U.S. Attorney firings, Iraq, Darfur, etc., are all hot topics these days. The following "speech" was written recently by an ordinary Maineiac [a resident of the People's Republic of Maine]. While satirical in nature, all satire must have a basis in fact to be effective. An excellent piece by a person who does not write for a living. Sent with the author's permission.

Normally, I start these things out by saying "My Fellow Americans." Not doing it this time. If the polls are any indication, I don't know who more than half of you are anymore. I do know something terrible has happened, and that you're really not fellow Americans any longer.

I'll cut right to the chase here: I quit. Now before anyone gets all in a lather about me quitting to avoid impeachment, or to avoid prosecution or something, let me assure you: There's been no breaking of laws or impeachable offenses in this office.

The reason I'm quitting is simple. I'm fed up with you people.

I'm fed up because you have no understanding of what's really going on in the world. Or of what's going on in this once-great nation of ours. And the majority of you are too damned lazy to do your homework and figure it out.

Let's start local. You've been sold a bill of goods by politicians and the news media. Polls show that the majority of you think the economy is in the tank. And that's despite record numbers of homeowners, including record numbers of MINORITY homeowners. And while we're mentioning minorities, I'll point out that minority business ownership is at an all-time high. Our unemployment rate is as low as it ever was during the Clinton Administration.

I've mentioned all those things before, but it doesn't seem to have sunk in.

Despite the shock to our economy of 9/11, the stock market has rebounded to record levels and more Americans than ever are participating in these markets. Meanwhile, all you can do is whine about gas prices, and most of you are too damn stupid to realize that gas prices are high because there's increased demand in other parts of the world, and because a small handful of noisy idiots are more worried about polar bears and beachfront property
than your economic security.

We face real threats in the world. Don't give me this "blood for oil" thing. If I were trading blood for oil I would've already seized Iraq's oil fields and let the rest of the country go to hell. And don't give me this 'Bush Lied; People Died' crap either. If I were the liar you morons take me for, I could've easily had chemical weapons planted in Iraq so they could be 'discovered.' Instead, I owned up to the fact that the intelligence was faulty. Let me remind you that the rest of the world thought Saddam had the goods, same as me. Let me also remind you that regime change in Iraq was official US policy before I came into office. Some guy named 'Clinton' established that policy. Bet you didn't know that, did you?

You idiots need to understand that we face a unique enemy. Back during the cold war, there were two major competing political and economic models squaring off. We won that war, but we did so because fundamentally, the Communists wanted to survive, just as we do. We were simply able to outspend and out-tech them.

That's not the case this time. The soldiers of our new enemy don't care if they survive. In fact, they want to die. That'd be fine, as long as they weren't also committed to taking as many of you with them as they can. But they are. They want to kill you. And the bastards are all over the globe.

You should be grateful that they haven't gotten any more of us here in the United States since September 11. But you're not. That's because you've got no idea how hard a small number of intelligence, military, law enforcement, and homeland security people have worked to make sure of that.

When this whole mess started, I warned you that this would be a long and difficult fight. I'm disappointed how many of you people think a long
and difficult fight amounts to a single season of 'Survivor.'

Instead, you've grown impatient. You're incapable of seeing things through the long lens of history, the way our enemies do. You think that wars should last a few months, a few years, tops.

Making matters worse, you actively support those who help the enemy. Every time you buy the New York Times, every time you send a donation to a cut-and-run Democrat's political campaign, well, dammit, you might just as well FedEx a grenade launcher to a Jihadist. It amounts to the same thing.

In this day and age, it's easy enough to find the truth. It's all over the Internet. It just isn't on the pages of the New York Times or on NBC News. But even if it were, I doubt you'd be any smarter. Most of you would rather watch American Idol.

I could say more about your expectations that the government will always be there to bail you out, even if you're too stupid to leave a city that's below sea level and has a hurricane approaching. I could say more about your insane belief that government, not your own wallet, is where the money comes from. But I've come to the conclusion that were I to do so, it would sail right over your heads.

So I quit. I'm going back to Crawford. I've got an energy-efficient house down there (Al Gore could only dream) and the capability to be fully self-sufficient. No one ever heard of Crawford before I got elected, and as soon as I'm done here pretty much no one will ever hear of it again. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to die of old age before the last pillars of America fall.

Oh, and by the way, Cheney's quitting too. That means Pelosi is your new President. You asked for it. Watch what she does carefully, because I still have a glimmer of hope that there are just enough of you remaining who are smart enough to turn this thing around in 2008.

So that's it. God bless what's left of America. Some of you know what I mean. The rest of you, f--k off.
