The nice thing about having a Democrat in the White House is that there is never any bad news.

That was a tag I repeatedly used on my blog between 2008 through 2016.

There was a huge, permanent homeless encampment in Fresno that was never reported on between 2008-2016.

But elect a Republican and - voila!!! - the Homeless are rediscovered.

The AP article notes that the phenomenon is due to high rents in urban areas, but it doesn't mention rent control.
