LRW796 Tiny Bunny

Hello, peeps! Yay, it's Friday! I have a fun little Easter card for you today. The challenge at Little Red Wagon this week is "Tiny Dancer"; they want to see something tiny on your card!  (Do you now have Elton John stuck in your head?)  So here we go:

I used an embossing folder and die from Simon Says Stamp, and diecut the wee bunny from a circle of Bubble Bath cardstock. I have struggled with this color; it's a little too purple for me to really consider it a pink, and it's tough to photograph! I am still lamenting the loss of Pink Pirouette, right, Beth?  Anyway, I went with it, stamping my circle with some little Bubble Bath polka dots and popping up the bunny with double mini dimensionals:

I struggled to get the sentiment dark enough, so I opted for Smoky Slate for both the outside and inside sentiments, and added some gray gingham to pull it all together!

Both sentiments came from the retired Little Cuties set!  Now, to make a few more Easter cards!  Thanks for visiting today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!

Oh, LeAnne, this is way too cute! I love all those bunnies. Yes, bring back Pink Pirouette. They are bringing back Strawberry Slush so maybe there's a chance! Have a blessed weekend.

Your itty bitty bunny is the star, LeAnne - but that teensy weensy gingham bow isn't far behind! SO cute!

This is adorable, LeAnne! I LOVE all this texture! I'm sad that Pink Pirouette has been retired to. It's my go to pink.

Oh yes, LeAnne...Pink Pirouette!! I, too, have struggled to love Bubble Bath but
alas it's just not pink-enough for me. But your card is so sweet and I do have Elton John in my head now!!

Your card is adorable! You nailed the "tiny dancer" theme! This embossing folder has been on my wish list for a couple months! I've been using a lot of Bubble Bath cardstock, sometimes with Fresh Freesia, but I agree it's not pink. I miss Pink Pirouette, too!!! Fortunately, I stocked up on cardstock & ink before it retired. I still use it a LOT! It's a perfect pink.
