A teacher at a Pennsylvania Christian school accidently left her loaded pistol in a bathroom, where elementary school children found it, Pennsylvania State Police said Tuesday.
Beth Jean Dixon, 63, put her holstered pistol on a toilet tank when she used the unisex, one-toilet bathroom Aug. 25 at Cumberland Christian School, in Chambersburg, police said. They said she forgot about it and left.
Four children, ages 6 to 8, used the bathroom while the gun was on the toilet. One child told his parent, who told a teacher.
Dixon informed administrators what happened and immediately resigned from the school about 55 miles southwest of Harrisburg, police said.
No one was injured.
We talked just yesterday about a scenario where school children might find a loaded gun.
Fortunately for everybody concerned here the students were far more responsible than the teacher and and nobody was hurt.
Once again, guns do NOT keep us safe.
They introduce a deadly force into an environment which literally anybody could wield it to take a life or cause grievous bodily injury.
Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

NBC calls Democrat Conor Lamb the victor in Pennsylvania special election.
I tried to stay up and watch this whole thing, but then the wine kicked in and I was done.We have the Washington numbers and NBC is calling Conor Lamb the apparent winner in PA-18— Steve Kornacki (@SteveKornacki) March 14, 2018
Kornacki did a great job though, so I thought I would use his tweet in my post about this amazing race.
Five Thirty Eight also backs NBC's announcement that Lamb is the winner here:
As of 8 a.m. Wednesday, with 100 percent of precincts reporting, Lamb leads by 641 votes, or 0.28 percentage points. And he and Democrats have claimed victory.
The exact margin will likely change,1 but it’s going to be very difficult for Saccone to make up that deficit. The only votes left to be counted are around 200 absentee ballots in Greene County (expected to be announced on Wednesday) as well as a handful of provisional and overseas ballots, which may take days to finalize. There may not even be 641 ballots left to count.
Nor is a recount likely to change the final result. Although it would be pretty easy for Republicans to request a recount should they want one, recounts typically don’t shift election margins by that much. That’s especially true in Pennsylvania, where most voting is done on electronic touchscreens; a recount would only reveal errors in the small population of paper ballots.
Of course Saccone is not conceding as of yet, and with it this incredibly close I don't really blame him.
However this whole thing is simply amazing, no Democrat should have even had a chance in this race, and the fact that Lamb won (?) should terrify the Republican party moving forward into 2018.
And this might give them a couple of nightmares as well.
Do you feel that blue wave a coming? Our election night poll in PA-18 found that health care was a defining issue in the race. 52% said it was either the most important issue or very important in their vote, and Conor Lamb won those voters 62-38: https://t.co/1D00GVRY5k— PublicPolicyPolling (@ppppolls) March 14, 2018

Pennsylvania Republican lawmaker takes out restraining order on another Republican lawmaker after he pulls a gun on her. WTF Pennsylvania?
Courtesy of AP:
A Pennsylvania state lawmaker who says a fellow lawmaker pulled a gun on her and threatened to kill her has gotten a restraining order against him.
State Rep. Tarah Toohil alleges that fellow Republican Rep. Nick Miccarelli pointed a gun at her in 2012 and on another occasion, when the two were in a car, warned he would crash the vehicle while speeding 100 mph on a highway, The Citizens’ Voice reported .
A Luzerne County judged granted the restraining order Friday, barring Miccarelli from contacting Toohil and prohibiting him from possessing firearms.
He has not been charged with any crime and denies the allegations. He called them “complete fabrications” in a March 1 Facebook post.
Toohil also claimed that Miccarelli pinched, kicked, and hit her, and even forced himself on her sexually.
Apparently the two had an affair at one point and this Miccarelli guy just got married, so this could just be a lover's spat and Toohil is making it all up.
Or it could simply be that Pennsylvania mating rituals involve a lot of domestic violence and gun play.
This, plus that Saccone guy, just insured the Pennsylvania gets added to my "Never going to visit" list.

So this happened on Wednesday.
Courtesy of Raw Story:Worshippers clutching AR-15 rifles and some wearing bullet crowns, participated in a commitment ceremony today at World Peace and Unification Sanctuary, in Newfoundland, Pa. The event led a nearby school to cancel classes for the day. Photos @jacquelinelarma pic.twitter.com/GXzrZeK41z— AP Images (@AP_Images) February 28, 2018
Women dressed in white and men in dark suits gripped the guns, which they had been urged to bring unloaded to the church in the rural Pocono Mountains, about 100 miles (160 km) north of Philadelphia. Many celebrants wore crowns – some made of bullets – while church officials dressed in flowing bright pink and white garments to go with their armaments.
A spokesman for the church, now headed by the Reverend Hyung Jin Moon after the death of his father and church founder, the Reverend Sun Myung Moon, said the marriage blessing ceremony had been planned long before a man with an AR-15 massacred 17 students and school staff in Parkland, Florida, on Feb. 14.
Students from an elementary school near the church were relocated for the day to distance them from the gun-toting couples at the ceremony, according to the Wallenpaupack School District website.
Moon said in a statement that the staff of the Florida school should have been armed, an option President Donald Trump has said should be explored nationwide and which teacher unions have criticized.
Every once in awhile you see a story for which you almost cannot form the words to express your utter dismay.
This is one such story.
Cults are terrifying on their own.
But a cult that also exalts assault weapons, well that is just an entirely new level of terrifying.

Democratic lawmaker to introduce the "Stable Genius Act" which would require presidential candidates to undergo a mental health examination.
Rep. Brendan Boyle |
A Democratic lawmaker says that he will introduce legislation that would require presidential candidates to undergo a mental health examination following a tweet from President Trump in which he praised himself as a "stable genius."
Rep. Brendan Boyle's office said in a press release that the Pennsylvania Democrat would introduce the "Stable Genius Act" in the House on Tuesday.
The act would require all presidential candidates to file a Federal Election Commission (FEC) report "certifying that he or she has undergone medical examination by the medical office under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Navy."
Boyle said in the statement that American voters have the right to know whether a candidate has the mental fortitude to withstand the pressures of the White House.
Man do I love this!
It just seems like a no brainer that every American would want to know that their president is not a psychopath.
Right?
And hopefully they can have the law in place before 2020.

“Look, I'm a heterosexual. I have a wife, I love my wife, I don't like men." Pennsylvania state representative loses it when male peer touches his forearm.
Courtesy of WaPo:
While debating a land-use bill at a committee meeting on Tuesday night, Pennsylvania state Rep. Matt Bradford laid his hand — for just a moment — on the left forearm of the colleague sitting next to him.
That colleague was conservative Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, who interrupted Bradford mid-sentence with a personal bit of information.
“Look, I'm a heterosexual. I have a wife, I love my wife, I don't like men — as you might. But stop touching me all the time,” Metcalfe told Bradford, who then began laughing.
Several other members of the committee, which Metcalfe chairs, giggled and smirked.
“Keep your hands to yourself,” said Metcalfe, a Republican from Butler County. “If you want to touch somebody, you have people on your side of the aisle who might like it.
“I don't.”
Bradford, a Democrat, appeared to be stunned by the comments.
“Okay, chairman, chairman,” he said, widely grinning as committee members laughed.
One member appeared to conceal her face from the camera with her hand. “We're officially off the rails. ... My intent was just to beg for your permission for about 30 seconds.”
“Then beg, don't touch,” responded Metcalfe, who is serving his 10th term in office. Bradford continued to laugh.
I have seen some rather stunning examples of homophobia in my time, but I think this one easily makes the top of the list.
You know what they say about those who freak out the most about homosexuality don't you?

Anti-abortion GOP Congressman accused by former girlfriend of pushing her to get an abortion.
Courtesy of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:
A text message sent in January to U.S. Rep. Tim Murphy by a woman with whom he had an extra-marital relationship took him to task for an anti-abortion statement posted on Facebook from his office's public account.
"And you have zero issue posting your pro-life stance all over the place when you had no issue asking me to abort our unborn child just last week when we thought that was one of the options," Shannon Edwards, a forensic psychologist in Pittsburgh with whom the congressman admitted last month to having a relationship, wrote to Mr. Murphy on Jan. 25, in the midst of an unfounded pregnancy scare.
A text from Mr. Murphy’s cell phone number that same day in response says, "I get what you say about my March for life messages. I've never written them. Staff does them. I read them and winced. I told staff don't write any more. I will."
The congressman has been lauded by the Family Research Council, for his stance on abortion, as well as for family values, generally. He also has been endorsed by LifePAC, which opposes abortion rights, and is a member of the House Pro-Life Caucus, an affiliation that is often cited by his office.
Then there's this.
You know I wish I could still be surprised by shit like this, but honestly I now expect the Republicans to be raging hypocrites and only find myself surprised when they are not.

Donald Trump attempts to distract from the White House Correspondents' dinner, which he is too frightened to attend, by holding another of those celebratory rallies of his.
Courtesy of WaPo:Next Saturday night I will be holding a BIG rally in Pennsylvania. Look forward to it!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 22, 2017
President Trump on Saturday announced plans to hold a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on April 29, marking his 100th day in office.
The White House did not offer additional details about where the rally would take place or what Trump's focus would be, referring questions to Trump's campaign apparatus.
The campaign listed on its website an event scheduled for that night at 7:30 p.m. in Harrisburg, Pa. The rally will coincide with the annual White House correspondents' dinner, which Trump elected not to attend in a break from tradition.
Yes Donald Trump is avoiding a gathering which traditionally features comedians poking gentle fun at the current president, by holding a rally attended by only his most fervent admirers.
Why doesn't he simply wear a t-shirt saying "I am the most insecure man on the planet" and be done with it?
I would like to point out that even President Bush sat good naturedly while the great Stephen Colbert eviscerated him in front of the entire audience attending the 2006 White House Correspondents' dinner.
And President Obama actually turned the tables on the invited comedians and almost always emerged as the most entertaining speaker of the night.
Of course that was back when we had less thin skinned presidents who actually demonstrated some courage and the ability to poke a little fun at themselves.
Personally I think I will skip both of these events and instead spend my precious TV watching time enjoying Samantha Bee's "Not the White House Correspondents' Dinner" scheduled for the same night.
Wouldn't it be kind of awesome if THIS received the highest ratings of the night?

Recount update.
Problems in Michigan:
The final result of the US presidential election is still unclear almost a month after polling day – and the recount in Michigan has now been thrown into chaos because of broken voting machines.
As officials began a full recount in the swing state, it emerged that faulty machines mean half of all votes cast in the city of Detroit may be ineligible for recount. A third of voting precincts in Wayne County, that largest of Michigan's counties, could also be disqualified.
The problems were discovered after voting clerks were unable to match the number of votes cast on the machines with the number of people who had been registered at polling stations.
Officials said at least 87 of Detroit’s decade-old voting machines had failed on Election Day, with many jamming when ballot papers were fed in. In 392 of the city’s 662 voting precincts, the number of votes recorded on machines was not the same as the number of voters registerered by polling station staff.
And yet they keep on using this machines.
I tell you, something is going on with this election, and it is not all due to faulty machines.
Lawsuit files in Florida:
Three central Florida voters are mounting an unlikely bid to overturn the presidential election result in the Sunshine State.
In a lawsuit filed Monday in Leon Circuit Court, they assert that Hillary Clinton, not Donald Trump, actually won Florida. The plaintiffs, who live in Osceola and Volusia counties, say the state’s official election results were off because of hacking, malfunctioning voting machines and other problems.
They're asking for a hand recount of every paper ballot in Florida, at the expense of defendants including Trump, Gov. Rick Scott and the 29 Republican presidential electors from Florida.
The Group "Protect Our Elections" is claiming that there are over a hundred thousand uncounted votes in Florida:
Protect Our Elections, a liberal-leaning group based in Washington, D.C., says more than 160,000 votes in Florida weren't counted during last month's presidential election. The group claims each of those votes matters a great deal because Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton by 112,911 votes in the Sunshine State. Trump won by roughly 1.5 percent, a margin high enough to avoid the state's automatic-recount provisions.
Well isn't that interesting?
Wisconsin is about halfway through its recount process with no huge changes in the vote tally thus far.
The lawsuit that Jill Stein filed in Pennsylvania calls the election system there a national disgrace:
Court documents seeking a recount in Pennsylvania's presidential election paint an unflattering picture of the state's voting system, calling it a "national disgrace" that uses "vulnerable, hackable, antiquated technology," but offer no specific evidence the results of the Nov. 8 election were hacked.
And that is where we are right now.

Election recount update.
Broken seals on voting machines in Wisconsin. |
Here goes.
First off yes there are images and video of voting machines in Wisconsin with broken seals. However Snopes currently categorizes these stores as "unproven."
In other news we learned that Jill Stein has changed her strategy in the Pennsylvania recount effort by demanding an emergency federal court order:
The announcement that it would seek an emergency federal court order on Monday for a recount came hours after it dropped a case in the state courts.
"Make no mistake — the Stein campaign will continue to fight for a statewide recount in Pennsylvania," recount campaign lawyer Jonathan Abady said in a statement issued around 11:30 p.m. "We are committed to this fight to protect the civil and voting rights of all Americans."
In the statement, Abady said barriers to a recount in Pennsylvania are pervasive and the state court system is ill-equipped to address the problem.
Along with that news is a report that Trump's margin of victory in Pennsylvania is now within 0.2% of a required recount:
On Friday, in response to President Elect Donald Trump’s application to stop the recounts in Pennsylvania, Green Party candidate and recount catalyst Jill Stein issued a statement where she noted that Trump’s margin of victory is now within 0.2% of an automatic recount. Stein cited this tweet from pollsters Decision Desk HQ for her figures.
Because this is coming from Stein I remain a little skeptical, however if true this could really be a game changer.Pennsylvania statewide with the Philadelphia tally now complete:— Decision Desk HQ (@DecisionDeskHQ) December 1, 2016
Trump 2,961,875
Clinton 2,915,440
We have also learned that a federal judge ordered that a recount in Michigan happen right away.
Now ultimately all of this might be much ado about nothing, OR we could actually find evidence that this election was stolen and this could be a very big deal indeed.
Whatever the case it has certainly gotten under Trump's skin.
Yep, it could be a scam. The Green Party just dropped its recount suit in Pennsylvania and is losing votes in Wisconsin recount. Just a Stein scam to raise money!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 4, 2016
But then again this recount thing might terrify Trump because there really is something there for it to find.
All I know is that right now I am keeping an open mind.

We might soon be able to add Florida to the states that will undergo a recount.
Courtesy of the Palmer Report:
Yesterday a federally registered nonprofit election entity launched a fundraiser to cover the court costs of a lawsuit it intended to file in the name of forcing a statewide recount in the narrowly decided state of Florida. The attorney fees were fully crowdfunded within a matter of hours. And today the attorney in question announced that he has officially filed the lawsuit in question, creating at least some possibility that a Florida recount may happen.
Florida state law prohibits any candidate from requesting a recount, meaning that third party candidate Jill Stein cannot force a recount in the state even if she pays for the costs, as she’s doing in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. But this lawsuit is aimed at getting a judge to order a Florida recount, whether republican state officials want to do it or not.
Clint Curtis, the Florida attorney who has been hired to lead the legal charge in court, announced today via his official Facebook page that the election complaint is now indeed underway in the legal arena.
Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and now Florida.
You know if even one of these flips to Hillary there will be a cacophony of calls for ALL of the seeing states, if not all of the states, to go back and do recounts.
I have had my doubts, but this really could turn into a big deal.
Hard to imagine that it would be a big enough deal to change the outcome of this election, but it could cause our voting system to restructure itself so that ALL states will have paper ballots easily verifiable with a hand recount.

Just a reminder that Hillary Clinton's popular vote count now exceeds Trump's by over 2.5 million.
Courtesy of Time:
Hillary Clinton’s lead in total votes over President-elect Donald Trump has reached 2,526,184 as ballots continue to be tallied.
As Clinton’s popular lead surpasses 2.5 million votes, it grows larger than the lead with which 10 presidents have won the general election, the New York Times reports. That means Clinton is up by 1.9 percentage points overall in the popular vote — approaching the lead that polls predicted in the final days before the election, the Times notes.
The disparity between the general election results and Trump’s electoral college lead of 306 over Clinton’s 232 shows how the electoral college system currently disadvantages Democratic voters because of their concentration in certain cities and regions.
Actually these numbers are already outdated.
According to the Cook Report Clinton now leads Trump by 2,564,276.
And that lead is only going to grow.
In fact in response to those proposed recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania Trump's lead in those targeted states is already diminishing.
You may remember that in Wisconsin the state already threw out over 1,000 Trump ballots even before the recount began.
Well as it turns out the same thing is happening in Pennsylvania:
According to this USA Today article and several other sources, the vote totals in Pennsylvania had Donald Trump winning by 70,638 votes – a number which was often quoted as a reason for why Hillary Clinton would supposedly have no chance of flipping the state in a recount. But earlier today, the respected Decision Desk HQ posted the newly revised totals from Pennsylvania, which have Donald Trump ahead by just 46,938 votes. That means Trump’s lead in the state has now shrunk by 23,700 votes, based on what it says are newly revised numbers out of Philadelphia.
It now appears that the Trump campaign is so worried abotu what they might find in Michigan that they filed a legal petition to stop Jill Stein from demanding a recount there:
The Trump campaign filed a legal petition Thursday to stop Michigan's presidential recount, saying Jill Stein has no chance of winning and no grievance, and there's no way that a hand count can be done before the Electoral College meets on December 19.
"Despite being a blip on the electoral radar, [Green Party nominee] Stein has now commandeered Michigan's electoral process," said Trump's petition to Michigan's Board of State Canvasser. "Indeed, on the basis of nothing more than speculation, Stein asks that Michigan residents endure an expensive, time-consuming recount, and the scrutiny and hardship that comes with it."
Gee, why so defensive?
Russian hackers, FBI interference, and non-stop partisan attacks, and still Trump loses the popular vote by a huge margin.
No victory lap for you Tangerine Fuhrer.

Gee, why so defensive?
Russian hackers, FBI interference, and non-stop partisan attacks, and still Trump loses the popular vote by a huge margin.
No victory lap for you Tangerine Fuhrer.

Wisconsin rejects request for hand count, Jill Stein to sue.
Courtesy of the Journal Sentinel:
The Wisconsin Elections Commission set a timetable Monday for a recount of the presidential election but rejected a request to require a count by hand made by Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who quickly responded that she would sue.
Also Monday, Stein filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania to force a recount there and her supporters began filing recount requests at the precinct level there. Stein — who received just a tiny piece of the vote —also plans to ask for a recount in Michigan on Wednesday.
Unless Stein wins her lawsuit in Dane County Circuit Court, officials in each of Wisconsin’s 72 counties would decide on their own whether to do their recounts by hand. That could mean some counties perform recounts by machine and some by hand.
The Elections Committee Chairman, who happens to be a Democrat, stated that he did not think the recount would change the outcome of the election.
Of course the problem with rejecting a hand count, and allowing some counties to use machines, is that a large portion of Americans will remain unconvinced in the outcome of the Wisconsin election.
Besides considering the fact that Donald Trump himself recently claimed that he only lost the popular vote due to millions and millions of illegal ballots, and claims there may be voter fraud in California, New Hampshire, and Virginia, I don't see how we can trust the results coming out of ANY state until she conduct a hand count of each and every vote cast in this election.
I mean if even the guy who won the election is convinced that there was cheating going on, I do not see how we can move forward with this process until we can get to the truth.
And I am sure that if any reporter can get close enough to Donald Trump to ask him about this, that he would agree.
Right?

Donald Trump has just put to rest any question as to whether he is mentally fit to be president. (He is not.) Update!
Now just roll that around in your head for a bit.In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 27, 2016
Currently Hillary is ahead in the popular vote by over 2.2 million.
Is Trump REALLY suggesting that ALL of those votes were cast illegally?
(Yes he is and here is where he got that idea.)
But hey, its gets even better.
It would have been much easier for me to win the so-called popular vote than the Electoral College in that I would only campaign in 3 or 4--— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 27, 2016
So you see Donald Trump was not really trying to win the popular vote, but if he HAD been trying to win the popular vote then buy God he WOULD have won the popular vote, which actually he DID win if not for all of those totally illegal votes.states instead of the 15 states that I visited. I would have won even more easily and convincingly (but smaller states are forgotten)!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 27, 2016
Which begs the question, just exactly what COULD he have done to win that popular vote, which he totally already won?
Rigged the election even harder perhaps?
I'm sorry but this is not a well man.
He is clearly worried about something, and it is causing him to crack even before he takes he oath of office.
So now here's a question. You know just for shits and giggles.

John Oliver takes on charter schools.
Courtesy of The Inquirer:
Last Week Tonight host John Oliver turned his attention to charter schools and their shortcomings on Sunday night, using Pennsylvania laws and Philadelphia schools as examples of why he believes the institutions are something of gamble when it comes to education.
“Charter schools unite both sides of the aisle more quickly than when a wedding DJ throws on ‘Hey Ya,’ ” Oliver said to kick off his piece, further noting that the first charters emerged 25 years ago as a way to explore new approaches to education.
Now, about 6,700 such schools exist in the United States. But, as Oliver pointed out Sunday, “around the country, there have been charter schools so flawed, they don’t make it through the school year.”
It is certainly no secret here that I have absolutely no use for charter schools, and believe that if that money were kept in local school districts that public education could be vastly improved.
Interestingly enough Oliver did not bother to get into comparisons of which is better, charter schools or public schools, and instead just dives into the problems with charter school themselves.
Which as it turns out is pretty damning.

So apparently Donald Trump needs reminders as to where he is, and which way to go when he finishes speaking.
Which as it turns out is where Trump was speaking just yesterday.
Gee I wonder who took this picture and then leaked it to Reddit?
Maybe it's the same person who pushed the stop button on the elevator in Colorado Springs?

Online gun store claims it sold 30,000 AR-15 semi automatic rifles in seven day period following shooting in Orlando.
Courtesy of the Independent:
An online gun store based in the United States sold more than 30,000 AR-15 semi-automatic rifles in one seven-day period.
Hunter's Warehouse, based in Bellevue, Pennsylvania, claims that since the killing of 49 people in the Orlando nightclub shooting, the AR-15 - or Armalite Rifle - has proved popular with buyers.
A semi-automatic relation of the military M-16 assault rifle, the AR-15 is strikingly similar to the weapons used in the mass shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School, San Bernadino Inland Regional Centre and Pulse nightclub in Orlando.
Keep in mind this is 30,000 MORE military style semi-automatic weapons added to the millions and millions already in homes all over the country.
Millions and millions of guns, capable of firing billions and billions of bullets.
Just another example of how the 2nd Amendment makes us feel safe walking the streets of America.

Insiders predict that Hilary Clinton will crush Donald Trump in the all important swing states.
Courtesy of Politico:
In the swing states that matter most in the presidential race, Donald Trump doesn’t have a prayer against Hillary Clinton in the general election.
That’s according to top operatives, strategists and activists in 10 battleground states who participated in this week’sa POLITICO Caucus. Nearly 90 percent of them said Clinton would defeat Trump in their home states in a November matchup.
Republicans are only slightly more bullish on Trump’s prospects than Democrats: More than three-quarters of GOP insiders expect Clinton to best the Republican front-runner in a general-election contest in their respective states. Among Democrats, the belief is nearly universal: 99 percent of surveyed said will Clinton will beat Trump.
In three of the biggest swing states — Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida — Republicans were particularly downbeat about the prospect of a Trump-Clinton contest.
“There is positively no way for Trump to win in Pennsylvania,” said a Republican from that state.
“Trump cannot and will not carry Ohio,” a Republican from that state insisted. “He will do well in Appalachia and in the Mahoning Valley, but he will get killed in the rest of the state. The danger for the GOP is losing Rob Portman, which is a very real possibility under this matchup.”
Added a Florida Republican, who like all participants was granted anonymity in order to speak freely, “Trump is grinding the GOP to a stub. He couldn't find enough xenophobic, angry white Floridians to beat Hillary in Florida if he tried.”
Once again in no way should this make us cocky.
There is still millions of dollars in Anti-Hillary propaganda, voter suppression, and hacked voting machines to contend with.
This is by no means over.
But it does mean that the wind is at the back of Democrats and as long as they make sure it blows them to a polling place in November this thing should be a lock.
However in my opinion it is not enough that Democrats win this election, we need to run up the damn scoreboard and send a message to the Republicans that the country is tired of their racist misogynistic attitudes and if they don't fundamentally change everything about themselves that the only way they will ever see the inside of the White House again is by climbing over the fence and outrunning the Secret Service.

I actually think that the Sarah Palin victory lap the day after a Donald Trump blowout might be the worst part.
Interesting that she left off all of the SarahPAC logo except the bear.
She has one graphic posted for each of Trump's victories, and THEY have the complete SarahPAC logo.
But let's not kid ourselves I doubt very seriously she will raise any money by pimping for Trump right now. Even the few supporters she has left are not so ignorant as to believe that she had anything to do with his success.
I think right now it is more than obvious that the 2016 race will come down to Clinton vs Trump.
Which means when Hillary beats this orange tinted asshole it will be especially enjoyable to watch Palin lose her shit over it.
Actually I think that once that happens it will be essentially over for Palin in the political realm.
It is hard to imagine any politician, no matter how desperate, wanting Palin associated with their candidacy after watching her piss on every conservative talking point she every vomited forth and then throw her support behind a reality show star only to have him lose to the first female President.
THAT is the kind of loser stench that even tomato juice and hydrogen peroxide cannot wash off.
